The Corporation of the Town of Perth is seeking resumes for an Urban Planner with relevant experience in Ontario.
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer the Planner is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of planning duties of the Corporation, long-range and strategic planning, and supervising the Junior Planner.
The successful candidate will possess a university degree (4 years) or equivalent (minimum level of education required for position), a minimum of 4 years of management level experience, full membership, or the ability to obtain full membership, in the Canadian Institute of Planners and the Ontario Professional Planners Institute, as well as other experience and qualifications as detailed in the job description.
This position includes a full benefit package (health & dental), including enrollment in the OMERS pension plan. Remuneration is placed on the “F” Panel (current hourly rate of $34.85 to $41.34). This is a forty (40) hours per week position. A complete job description is available upon request.
