Under the direction of the City Clerk, the Deputy City Clerk is responsible for the planning, coordinating, implementing and monitoring of legislative and administrative functions; attending Council and Committee meetings; preparing Council packages and minutes; performing statutory duties of the Clerk; acting as Commissioner of Oaths and Freedom of Information Co-coordinator; researching and reviewing by laws and regulations; maintaining confidential files and records; and supervising staff.
The annual salary range for this full time, non-union position is $70,423 – $84,507. The Corporation also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
