With a combined operating and capital budget of approximately $500 million, you will inspire innovative approaches, manage change and leverage technology to achieve customer service excellence and maximize value for tax dollars. Leading a team of approximately 1800 full- and part-time employees you will continue to evolve and inspire a culture of support, teamwork and cooperation through your leadership team. Reporting to Mayor and Council, you will continually update Lethbridge’s strategic directions and deliver on City priorities, as well as continue to provide support to the Mayor and Council for the implementation of the recommendations of the 3-year Operational Review made by KPMG for the City of Lethbridge.

In addition to your academic credentials, your 15 years of senior leadership experience demonstrates that you excel/have proven success in change management, budget administration, strategic planning, relationship building and innovation. You are goal oriented, have worked in similarly complex and multi-stakeholder environments and have managed within a unionized setting. Your knowledge of the public sector and commitment to customer service sets you apart.
