Reporting to the Director of Legislative Services / Clerk, the Admin Clerk 2 – Legislative Services is responsible for front line customer service of the Legislative Services department including being the point of contact for customers attending or contacting the Municipal Office, operating a multi-line telephone system and directing in excess of 150+/- calls and / or emails per day. This role has responsibilities in the municipal records program including routine disclosure, assisting in the coordination of applicable subcommittees including attendance at applicable evening meetings, providing administrative services for the municipal cemetery program, and providing clerical and other administrative support to the Legislative Services Department personnel.
