muniJOBS was developed to address the critical succession and recruitment issues Canadian municipalities are facing.
The Canadian Association of Municipal Administrators (CAMA) Members report, “Attracting and retaining qualified employees ranks second only to the economy as the most significant threat to municipal organizations today.”
Municipal employers aren’t able to find candidates quickly and have no access to a pool of qualified candidates. Job seekers report there’s no online platform where they can search, find, and apply for municipal jobs, or be found by municipal employers, in one convenient location.
In developing muniJOBS, we worked in cooperation with municipalities and municipal associations, who were looking for a better way to recruit the next generation of municipal leaders, and college students - who were looking for a better way to search for municipal jobs.
Today muniJOBS is Canada’s only online career and recruitment platform with a 100% municipal focus, with candidate/employer matching and searchable job postings.
